ZAMBIA ELECTRICITY SUPPLY CORPORATION LIMITED PURSUES FULL DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION

In a bid to enhance operations and improve services to the people, Zambia Electricity Supply Corporation Limited (ZESCO) has set its sights on achieving complete digital transformation by 2025, according to Managing Director Victor Mapani.

During the launch of the Self Service, Mapani emphasized the corporation’s commitment to leveraging technology, stating that it aligns with the present era, where technology plays a vital role in advancing the world.

Joining Mapani at the event, Percy Chinyama, the National Coordinator of the Smart Zambia Institute, highlighted the government’s vision of utilizing technology for economic development.

Chinyama emphasized the potential for technology to revolutionize every sector of the economy, underscoring the importance of continuously developing intelligent and efficient approaches in all endeavors.
